This website was created using Microsoft FrontPage and is probably best viewed using Internet Explorer.  It is also optimised for a screen resolution of 800 x 600, using 16 bit (32 bit for preference) colour.  I have tried to keep a reasonable contrast between the text and background whilst trying to keep the latter colourful.
